After almost 18 years in the aerospace industry as a software developer and engineer, Mr. Ryan joined SAP Labs in Palo Alto, California as a development consultant. He was a key player in the introduction of PLM into North America, contributing heavily to the Document Management and Collaborative Engineering efforts. He was also the project manager for the initial Rosettanet implementation at SAP Labs with Hewlett-Packard. Organ Pipe Consulting was formed in 2002 and since has been helping clients solve problems in PLM, XML standards and Materials Management related issues.

Mr. Ryan holds a Master of Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from Purdue University. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.

Ms. Dudey has extensive experience in the computing field and brings to Organ Pipe a variety of skills. In over nine plus years with SAP, Ms. Dudey has developed expertise in Workflow/Webflow, Document Management, ABAP, Optical Archinving, and Interface Technologies. She also has over eleven years experience in various computing environments such as .NET, Web Services and J2EE, and knowledge in several programming languages including C#, VC++, VB and Java. Some of the companies Ms. Dudey has consulted for include the US Navy, CenturyTel, Westinghouse, Halliburton and Shell. She is a SAP Certified Application Consultant and is MCSD certified.

Ms. Dudey has a BA in Computer Sciences from Peking University, an MS in Computer Sciences from Academia Sinica in Beijing, and an MA in Statistics from American Univeristy.
